Browse the catalogue site by selecting
the product . A list of several product categories will be
shown. To view product listing, simply select the designated
categories.
•
To request for quote, key in the quantities
of the products of interest and click on Quote button. This
product along with its quantities entered would be reflected
instantaneously on the View Quote Listings. All products when
clicked on View Quote button would be transferred to this
list.
•
Before confirming the list of products
to be requested for quotation, click on View Quote button
to see the final listing. The list of products selected previously
can be deleted from here. To alter the product quantity, simply
change the quantity value.

After confirming the product
listing to request for quotation, simply click on Quote button.
•
A form will appear along with several
fields. Key in all information with fields marked in RED.
After filling in the form, click on Send button. All information
entered would be processed and sent to Egner
Building Technologies .
Sending
Purchase Order (PO) for Products
•
To raise a purchase order,
simply click on Send PO link on the left navigation bar
•
Enter the number of quantity
desired. Fill in the description of the Products and fill
in the quantity accordingly.
•
After
all fields are keyed in correctly, click on Send PO button
and the order would be processed and sent to Egner
Building Technologies.
Enquiry
on Projects (Guidelines)
•
Browse the Products provided by selecting
Project on the top navigation bar.
•
A list of Projects will be shown. To enquire
about Projects simply select Enquiry on the top navigation
bar and an Enquiry Form will appear. Fill in the form accordingly
and click on Send button. Fields highlighted in RED
are mandatory and must be entered before the form can be processed.
•
After all fields are validated, the form
will be processed and sent to Egner
Building Technologies .
